Resolving Conflicts in a Multi-Resource Series

You can utilize the "Find Available Resources" option when selecting resources, which guarantees that the resources will be available for all dates.  However, if your resources are in high demand, it may be difficult or even impossible to find multiple resources that are available for all dates of a recurrence.  In this case, you can select the resources you want in the Resources Window and then be prompted to resolve any conflicts.  Please see “Resolving Conflicts in a Single-Resource Series” earlier in this chapter for instructions on resolving conflicts.
